Description:

The Tawny Mole Cricket, is a turf damaging insect that is primarily found in the southern coastal states. Damage caused by the Tawny Mole Cricket usually occurs in late summer and early fall.

Habitat:

Tropical Forest and Grasslands

Notes:

They have been the weirdest insect I have ever seen in my entire life, I mean, it has, a sting, wings, clamps, palps and spiny legs. I mean it looks like a failed experiment, but, I know all this features are thanks to the evolution and that is how this interesting creature has succed.

I was thinking that without it's wings and back lags we mite not call it a cricket at all ?
