I'm not holding my breath, but it would be nice
Ha! Maybe eventually the world will synch! ;-)
I get that - personally, I lump it with S America since my Birds of N America field guide doesn't go further than N Mexico ;)
So where does that leave the rest of Central America? There are only 2 continents...North and South America...where does that put Belize??? I'm just sayin'! ;-)
I wonder if its an age thing? I am actually FROM California, I just live in Oregon. But when I was in school, they taught central America was separate from N and S america
I've always been taught that N America ends with Mexico, but if you feel it works for your mission, I won't argue :)
Oh...you're from Oregon...what were YOU taught??
But Belize IS in N America (south thru Panama)...and it's in the circle on the map for the mission...I've learned (thru PN conversations) that different countries are taught differently about Central America and if it's part of North America or not...I've been taught that it IS part of it so I'd love his addition and your other raptor spottings! I'm a bit jealous at what you've seen! ;-)
Even though I didn't see him IN N America?
What a beautiful bird!! I'd love him in the Raptors of North America mission, Karen!
I was amazed at how he just let the boat come closer and closer, too.
Wow! Stunning! I can see how this one would be your favorite. It is beautiful.
