Blue Whistling Thrush

Myophonus caeruleus

Description:

A beautiful dark violet blue thrush known for its loud human-like whistling song. The color of the bill of this subspecies ( in China ) is black. Other subspecies have a yellow colored bill.

Habitat:

Spotted near Weiyuan Lake, Hong Kong
