Redtail Boa

Boa constrictor amaralis

Description:

This specimen possessed about 4.5 m long. It was eating chickens and ducks from a farm. In nature, their spots are mixed with the mulch of soil.

Habitat:

Trees from the forests of South America and Central America. In Brazil: Cerrado and Atlantic Forest. This specimen was found in a mountainous region of coffee plantations and swamps.

Notes:

The snake was captured on security, and dropped into a region of preservation. Without damage.
