Blue Dasher Dragonfly

Description:

clear black-ish wings with a black spot on each end. pale blue abdomen, black legs, black on the end of its "tail."

Habitat:

They are found by ponds, lakes, marshes, and bogs. They can also be found in almost anywhere where there is still water this dragonfly was spotted on a lily pad at the Norfolk Botanical Garden

Notes:

it kept going closer to the drop of water like it was taking a drink
