Description:

The Esmeraldas Woodstar, (Chaetocercus berlepschi) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found only in Ecuador. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Oh, and just a note, Esmeraldas Woodstars are endemic to Ecuador and endangered.

Hermits are known for their long, decurved bills. This is a female Woodstar. Esmeraldas would be my guess considering the tawny belly and dark coloration.
