This looks very similar to couple of my posts, http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/155..., the ones I have seen are gilled and always growing on pine. I can see that the two logs in the background are pine, could the one in the foreground be also? The presence of gills and pine substrate would rule out any Laetiporus species in the area, as suggested by your common name. This is why including pictures of the underside of mushrooms, info on habitat, and trees in the area is beneficial in identifying mushrooms.
