edge of Crooked Tree lagoon

One of my favorite spottings of the trip, and we saw one in Guatamala too

These little guys are calmer than the bigger kingfishers, but small enough to make photography a challenge.

Thank you, all! Kingfishers have been the bane of my spotting experience - they usually leave before I get my camera ready. The ones in Belize were actually somewhat cooperative!
