I may have found it. Check out Cranistus colliurides Stål. It belongs to the same tribe as Phyllopalpus and Phyllocyrtus and seems to match your specimen and locality. see:

Thank you for the tip, Baron Bodissey. Based on it, I looked for info, and I discovered that the crickets in the genus Phylloscyrtus have the same black head as my spotting. So I am keeping this ID until further research, but I'll leave a (?) to show that I am not sure.

It has wings and an ovipositor; it is an adult female, perhaps near to Phyllopalpus.
