we found it in the shallow area of the Secret Beach, El Nido, Palawan .. We put the fish back in the water after we took this picture.
Awesome find of this juvenile. I wonder if it was hard to fine in the sand. I bet it must have blended right in!
Looks sort of like a halibut but I do not think they have spots?!
