Description:

Large, striking skimmer with three big black spots one each wing.

Habitat:

Lakes, ponds with emergent vegetation

Notes:

I spotted this handsome dragonfly hunting in my garden. It was very eye-catching. This male is just starting to get the pruinose abdomen.
