Black marsupial with beige details. Its nude tail allows it to climb on trees.
It was found in roof in a rural area.
In the third picture, we can see the ancient dentition, typical of the marsupials.

Yes, they are very much alike! :)
Florida's opossum (D. virginiana) are slightly whiter.
Looks very much like our own opossum.
