Pacific Banana Slug

Ariolimax columbianus

Description:

A big, slimy slug. Probably around 6-7 cm in length. Yellowish/almost greenish & black colours.

Habitat:

Spotted near the Capilano River, B.C., in a very foresty area. Can be found along the pacific coast from California to B.C.

Notes:

A large air-breathing land slug.
