Well, its in the toad family, it has dry warty skin. And looking at what types of Bufonidae are in Brazil it seems like the most common genus is Rhinella. I looked at a few of them on www.amphibiaweb.com but I haven't yet hit on one with a range map that covers where your location is. But that's a start at least.

So... This species is very abundant here in my region, but I do not know what is... I just know it's a Frog '-'
