They are two wild parrots who come to eat there and are already accustomed to people. What you see behind is the fence to the next house.
Hello Andres, one thing that will help ID this bird is if it was a wild or a captive bird. It appears that there are cages behind it. That helps them know if it's local or not.
definitely not a lorikeet, which is a fruit eating parrot of Australia. This is more likely a parakeet in the conure family
