Aeshna mixta
This is the Migrant Hawker, Aeshna mixta, as suggested by kozoga, and not the Common Hawker. Well visible on the second segment of the abdomen is a characteristic "golf-tee" shaped mark which is diagnostic for this species:

How beautiful! I find it funny that the most spectacularly coloured/patterned creatures are so often named Common......... :)
