A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Symphotrichum novae-angliae
I had these in my garden. Our small native bee species love it. This species is often available at the better garden centers. It's very hardy, and gorgeous. I planted it among Black Eyed Susans and Purple Coneflowers. The color combination of raspberry, gold, and purple was breathtaking. (Who'da thunk orange and purple would look great together!)
