I think its a parrot if you have a clearer shot PLZ UPLOAD!!!

This cannot be a pileated woodpecker because the back is too light. the red on the head is too large for a flicker which would match the light colored back so by elimination it should be a red bellied woodpecker. this is the correct range for this species also, east coast and mid latitudes.

Looks like a blurry Woodpecker. Do you have a sharper shot with the bird much closer?
