Thanks Ian, it looks very close to the images I looked at so I have accepted your suggestion and updated the page.
I'm not 100% sure about the suggested ID but it looks like a good match. It's now a very widespread moth and is found worldwide. If you do an internet search on "Small Mottled Willow Moth" you should find some similar images.
