Xylocopa sp.
It has metallic blue-green to violet wings. It particularly loves the flowers of the Thunbergia sp. It would go from one flower to another.
Whenever the Thunbergia sp. is in bloom, I'd see lots of these. Photos taken between 7:46-7:50am.
