I agree with a Small-footed Bat based on the combination of black outer parts, tawny fur and long, pointed ears. The names of these bats, however, are debatable. Wikipedia and my Peterson guide uses Eastern Small-footed Myotis; EOL uses Small-footed Myotis. http://eol.org/pages/327547/names/common...

With it's raccoon mask it is most likely the Small-Footed bat. What a rare find!
