Lantana camara
Lantana camara is a species of flowering plant in the family Verbenaceae. It is native to the American tropics but has been introduced into other parts of the world as an ornamental plant and is considered an invasive species in many tropical and sub-tropical areas. Both flower and fruit were present on this spindly specimen. Growing nearby was a much bushier specimen with differently colored flowers http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/172...
Growing wild inside a former school complex (Kompleks PPG YPK Petrus Kafiar) in an under-developed part of Biak Town, Biak Island. This is in the equatorial tropics.
