Wavy-lined Spider

Thorelliola ensifera

Description:

Also known as the Sword-Bearing Jumping Spider for the males. This spotting however is a female, which do not have the "sword nose" of the males and look very different from the males. This common species is distinguished easily from it's abdominal patterns consisting of wavy lines and 3 dots at the rear of it's round abdomen. About 7mm.

Habitat:

Almost anywhere in Balung River Eco Resort, Tawau, Sabah
