No Liam, I wish, by the time I got in a position to actually get that one he/she ruffled its feathers cuz it was snowing pretty heavily and took off.

Any other photos? They don't necessarily have to be great quality, just a few field marks that could help with the ID.
I could see Red-tailed based purely off plumage, but I can't see a belly band, though it could be obstructed from view.
