I do not know if it is endemic, but when I start the process to try and identify an organism I always start out looking at the regional (or island level). That way I'm only looking at species known to occur in the general area of the spotting. Of course sometimes this doesn't help, or the information is scant so I must consult more general/global links too. Cheers

Known variously as a "tractor millipede" or "flat-backed millipede". Use those terms to start your search for an ID of Philippine millipedes :-)
