Mussaenda philippica
This variety of ornamental shrub with yellow flowers (a tubular corolla) has five enlarged pink sepals. It is one of those plants with many common names. Besides Bangkok rose and Queen Sirikit, there's also the virgin tree and Buddah's lamp. Generically, "Flowers are in terminal clusters, each flower has 5 sepals at least 1 sepal is much enlarged and coloured, usually in the white to apricot range; in some cultivars all sepals may be enlarged. The tubular corolla is yellow. Fruits are black berries."
