Pacific tree frog

Pseudacris regilla

Description:

Pacific tree frog living in our planters at the cottage on Salt Spring Island, BC. Pictured here, the frog is sitting on a cherry tomato, which gives a reference to its size.

Habitat:

These frogs live in the forest in the Pacific NW. They seem to be attracted to our deck which has planters and hanging baskets on an automatic drip irrigation system.
