Red tails. These are juvenile, as seen by the barred tail. Coopers are less bulky , and have longer rectangular tails , instead of a broader, triangular sort of tail.
Lovely Bird!! love all those feathers in the feet, just lovely.
We are having a heated debate about what this is, a red tailed hawk, coopers hawk, etc
