They are both young, I wonder if they are siblings? Great shot!

Red tails. These are juvenile, as seen by the barred tail. Coopers are less bulky , and have longer rectangular tails , instead of a broader, triangular sort of tail.

Lovely Bird!! love all those feathers in the feet, just lovely.
