This is a bit puzzling to me. I think you are right, but...according to Kauffman's guide, Blackpolls are in Flda only during migration. Which was around March down here in Flda. Plus female Blackpolls during breeding season (now), should have orangey-yellow legs. This one appears darker.

But yet the other field marks line up. Two wing bars, what appears to a be a light broken eye-ring, light streaking on sides of breast. Boy... warblers can be a bugger to ID, can't they?!?
