Description:

Orthetrum brunneum, the southern skimmer, is a species of 'skimmers' belonging to the family Libellulidae. This 'skimmer' is present in most of Europe. It was spotted resting on a parietaria judaica dry stem, in Milina settlement, Pagasitikos gulf, Greece.
