Maybe about 2-2 1/2 inches long, mostly green with a white stripe going down the back.

Habitat:

Saw him in my backyard while it was Raining outside

Woodhouse's lack the conspicuous cranial crests present in your spotting. These crests are present in B. nebulifer, and the light dorsal stripe is also common.

Interesting I can't recall seeing a toad with a stripe on it before.
