Dog's Tick

It seems like a tick to me, and yes looks like the one common on dogs. Its a female so good thing that bird ate it, would be unfortunate to have a swarm of these near the house.

I think this may be a blood sucking tick on dogs.

and the circle of life continues!

This sure looks like an engorged tick to me. Nice shot. Now remove it to another place before you have hundreds of baby ticks in or around your home!
