I'd guess this cute spider is a sheetweb spider (family Linyphiidae, subfamily Linyphiinae). Maybe in Lepthyphantes or one of the related genera. Here's an image of L. leprosus on BugGuide for comparison. It's native to Europe, but there are many others too which are equally likely.
