Southern Pink Moth

Pyrausta inornatalis

Description:

Found in the southern United States from Florida to California. I never even noticed them until I got my camera. (A real eye opener.) They are so tiny and delicate, and they are everywhere here. This was taken at the end of November and I haven't seen any since the cold front came through.

Thanks J and of course I remember you. I'm glad I'm able to spend more time on PN now. I really enjoy the pics. There SO many things I haven't seen before. Wish I could travel and see it all!
