I cannot place the species for this goose. It has features of a greylag mix with perhaps canadian or bantam? Or is a mutant of greylag? Looks like what is commented in this link: https://www.flickr.com/groups/hybridbird...

or possibly a greater white-fronted... just as you said
Looks like an emperor goose, crossed with a canada goose. but they don't live anywhere near belgium.
