Description:

Blaberus giganteus is considered one of the largest cockroaches in the world, with males being able to reach lengths of 7.5 cm and females 10 cm. This cockroach belongs to the order Blattodea and family Blaberidae. They undergo hemimetabolous metamorphosis, which means the change from juvenile to adult is gradual

Habitat:

Extremely adaptable

Notes:

We found this on a box imported from china, that poor little creature survived that long long trip, sorry for the resolution but it wasn't taken with my camera, but with a phone, I just wanted to share it with you.

These are only invasive if they escape into a tropical rainforest. They will die from lack of moisture if they escape in a house. I live in the US and keep these as pets, if they got outside they'd die. I would like to know more about this species natural habitat and more cockroach species for my cockroach mission

I was afraid of that too, but we broke the box and check it and there was nothing, so I think we're safe, thanks for the Help Jerry!
