The Woolly-necked Stork

Ciconia episcopus

Description:

Also known as Bishop Stork or White-necked Stork, it is a large wading bird in the stork family Ciconiidae. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Woolly-neck...)

Habitat:

It is a widespread tropical species which breeds in in Asia, from India to Indonesia, and also in Africa. It is a resident breeder in wetlands with trees.

Notes:

They were a small group of 7 or 8 birds.
