Notes:

Found in Australia and New Zealand, the Pied Cormorant is larger than the Little Pied Cormorant and sports a yellow-orange eye patch. I saw this pair at Granite Island in South Australia. Another bird flew across the frame in the third pic - I think it might be a Caspian Tern.
