They are similar because they are both Coprinoids. They are different species however, I believe this one is a Parasola or possibly Coprinellus if it was growing in a cluster.
thanks RiekoS. Saw your photograph. The colour is similar, but they seem to be different or maybe your fungus is more healthy !!!
It is hard to tell from just one photo, but my second picture of attached looks similar. Or, maybe not...
