Tiny metallic green fly, 3mm length (verified), with reflective metallic blue spots between the eyes.
Adjacent to a small stream. Altitude 1000m.
This fly caught my eye as the sun made a brief appearance. I failed to capture the dazzling blue, but still worthy of posting.
