Much better! It appears to be a Fox Sparrow, with those "arrow-shaped" chest spots.

I tried to zoom in to get some more detail, but some of the photos just aren't that focused. I thought sparrow as well, but I wasn't sure which species. Let me know if this helps determine song or savannah sparrow.

Phoebe would be nondescript gray with a slim bill and no streaking or supercilium. Sparrow is where I'm at, but whether Song or Savannah is the question.

Do you have larger versions? Maybe you could try uploading to a third-party site (imgur, flickr, etc.) so we can get better detail on the second and third photos.
