Bee like.
It was sitting between two branches in our New Mexico Olive Tree. I suspect it was cleaning it's mouth thus the bubble. I haven't been able to find a blue eyed "bee" if that is indeed what it is...

Definitely a bee, but I have no idea what species. Reminds me a bit of some of the mason bees that we get here.
