Mugwort

Artemisia vulgaris

Description:

Tall green with irregular shaped leaves.

Habitat:

Moist soil, forest floor.

Notes:

This tends to grow near poison oak. It is said that rubbing mugwort on your skin before contact with poison oak will prevent a poison oak rash from breaking out (I don't think I will ever put this to the test.)
