Description:

Adult female galapagos lava lizard. This particular species is from the island of Santa Cruz. Has bright red coloration below the neck and a brown colored body to blend in with the ground.

Habitat:

Mostly anywhere in the Galapagos island of Santa Cruz, they may be in other islands as well by hitch-hiking.
