Dot-winged Antwren

Microrhopias quixensis

Small, and very fast. It's been a while since I was down in Panama at this point, and the ant birds were one of my trickier subjects. I know this is the male and female of the species, but can not recall which species of antbird this is. . .

The location was also on Plantation Road between Gamboa and Summit Panama. There were Spotted Antbirds and Bi-colored Antbirds in the same general area.
