Gray Tree Frog

Hyla versicolor or Hyla chrysoscelis

Description:

Gray Tree Frog or Cope's Gray Tree Frog (singing is faster and higher pitched)

Habitat:

North America Maple, Oak, Hickory forests - not certain how far west they range?

Notes:

This happy frog had, presumably, jumped down from the maple onto the umbrella pole. He began singing and I could not make out where it was coming from until I looked up, and voila, pole sitting!
