Yes, ForestDragon, I am not sure too, but that is the closest I could get. I should have let it clear. I actualy spotted this species before (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/846...), but I ID'd it at family level only. I am taking my suggestion back.

This looks like an adult Spittlebug(Cercopide) similar(but not the same) to the Two-lined Spittlebug we have in North America.http://bugguide.net/node/view/517
