Habitat:

Ponderosa pine forests.

Notes:

Flying from tree to tree. Several were seen nearby.

It's one of the Empidonax flycatchers, they can all be pretty hard to tell apart even with clear photos of them. It helps yours has an eye ring, maybe someone can get you a species on it.
