Red-tailed Spiny-footed Lizard

Acanthodactylus erithurus

Description:

The fastest member of the Lacertidae family. Since its habitat is the sand dunes along the beach and because the sand can get extremely hot in the summer, this lizard rest two legs from opposite sides (e.g. anterior right and posterior left) alternately so it can prevent burns (2nd photo) A bit difficult to spot, requires lots of patience.
