Rothschildia Silkmoth

Rothschildia sp.

Description:

A large female Silkmoth of the genus Rothschildia. I can't decide which species this is.....it looks most like R. schreiteriana, but that is a species from Argentina. None of the windows touch the white margins. Family Saturniidae. Habitat:

On the entrance gate to the Chiflón Waterfall Park, Chiapas, Mexico.

I think this species is a rothschildia lebeau because of the darker coloration and wider hindwing eyespots.
